Will it irritate my skin like other brushes have? Unlikely. It vibrates instead of rotating, so there's no friction to strip skin.
What's it made of? Silicone. Cleansing bristles on one side, massage ridges on the other.
Who is it best for? Normal, oily, combination, and most sensitive skin. Check with a dermatologist if you have a diagnosed skin condition.
How often should I use it? 2 to 4 times a week for most people.
Do I need a special cleanser? No. Use it with any cleanser you already own.
How do I charge it? Type C cable, included. One charge lasts several weeks of regular use.
Ordering and Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We currently use Yoco as our payment processor, more options available soon.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible at noveskin.co@gmail.com. We'll try to help before it enters processing.
Is pricing in Rand? Yes, all prices are in ZAR.
Delivery
How long does delivery take? 8 to 15 business days, 20 max.
Is delivery free? Yes, nationwide within South Africa.
Do you deliver outside South Africa? Not currently.
Will I get tracking? Yes, via both email and SMS from Aramex.
What if my order is late? Contact us if it passes 20 business days. We'll check with the courier.
Returns and Refunds
What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery, for damaged or incorrect items only.
Can I return it if I change my mind? No, only damaged or incorrect orders are eligible.
How do I start a return? Email noveskin.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Who pays for return delivery? We cover it for confirmed damaged or incorrect orders.
How do refunds work? Refunded to your original payment method. Standard bank processing times apply.
What if it arrives damaged? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund.

Do I need an account to order? No, it's completely optionally.
