By accessing or purchasing from noveskin.co.za you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by South African law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECT Act), and POPIA.

1. About Novë Skin

Novë Skin is a South African e-commerce store operating at noveskin.co.za. We are not dermatologists, medical practitioners, or skincare professionals. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. We list products based on what's stated on their packaging and available retailer information.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. How orders are fulfilled

Novë Skin operates on a made-to-fulfilment basis. We place your order with our supplier after your payment is confirmed, then package and ship it to you via Aramex. Estimated delivery timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy and are provided as guidance — not a guarantee.

4. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display product information accurately. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product received. Ingredient lists are sourced from product packaging and supplier or retailer information, and are subject to change — always refer to the physical product packaging for the most current ingredient list.

No medical or clinical claims

Novë Skin does not make medical or clinical claims about any product. All product descriptions are based on what is listed on the packaging — not on tested outcomes. Individual results vary. Products are cosmetics, not medicines. Always patch test before full use. If you have a skin condition, consult a dermatologist before use.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Orders and payment

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases where a product becomes unavailable from our supplier after you've ordered. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is via Aramex within South Africa only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed, given the multi-stage nature of our fulfilment process. Novë Skin is not liable for delays caused by our supplier, the courier, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

8. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 are not affected by these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on noveskin.co.za including text, images, logos, and brand elements is the property of Novë Skin. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Novë Skin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
