How long does it take? 5 to 9 business days, 15 max. We ship within South Africa only.

Why the extra day or two upfront? Every order gets ordered from our supplier, checked by hand, and custom packaged before it goes anywhere. We'd rather take an extra day than send you something we haven't actually looked at.

Tracking You'll get a tracking link from Aramex both via SMS and email the moment it gets dropped off to them.

Running late? If it's past day 15 with no movement, message us. We'll chase the courier so you don't have to.

International orders Not yet. South Africa only, for now.

Lost or damaged in transit? Let us know within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll sort a replacement or refund. No back and forth required.
