Cleanse, then apply the serum, and allow it to absorb.

Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days from order. This covers supplier preparation, our own packaging, and Aramex delivery to your address. We process orders Monday to Friday only, excluding South African public holidays.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout. Free standard delivery on orders over R500.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched to Aramex you will receive a tracking number by email. Track via aramex.co.za.

Returns: Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, unsuitability, or reactions. We can only accept a return or offer a remedy if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at the email address on our Contact page, with your order number and a clear photograph. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
